following menu to be paired with each wine:

Braised Pork with Roasted Red Carrots
Grilled Quail with Balsamic Radicchio
Pumpkin Cake with Whipped Créme Fraiche

The menu will be served buffet style from several stations in the room.
You will be able to help yourself to all of the offerings and find a seat wherever you like or just mill about. You choose!
The cost of the dinner is $65 which includes a glass of each of the 4 wines.
